We deploy automated monitoring software that will send notification within 1 minute of a crucial service failure. We also provide scheduled human monitoring to check up on items that cannot be monitored automatically.

Service contracts can be deployed in parallel with monitoring services to ensure that when a fault is detected, the problem will be fixed without any interaction on your end.
